
In addition to contributing to the dissemination of the EIFEC code for Export Compliance (EU-CEC) and the promotion of EIFEC International Standards, ECC can provide (directly or through EIFEC or other highly qualified partners) the following services:
- assistance to the management and treatment of risks related to the export of dual use or other controlled products (both tangible and intangible), as well as to the identification and obtainment of any export licenses

provision of services related to the management sphere, with particular regard to company organization and staff educationthrough training courses aimed at the introduction of the main Export Compliance issues within the company context and at the training of professionals specialized in risk management and treatment

assistance to customs (TARIC) and Export Compliance classification of items or product lines(including software and technologies) and, where required, to the related Certification- operated by a third-party certification body accredited by EIFEC - to ensure their compliance with the relevant regulations (EU, US and others) and verify if any Export restrictions exist or not

Screening and Due Diligence carried out about physical or legal persons or corporate bodies to verify the presence of any third parties in the EU, USA and other national and international blacklists

development and activation of ECAPs - Export Compliance Administration Programs, with the inclusion within companies’ Export operations of a set of formal procedures that constitute a real ICP (Internal Compliance Program) based on the EIFEC international standards and specialized in Export Compliance. The ECAP proposed by ECC is always proportional to the specific organizational context, size, type of business and strategic address of the customer, and can be perfectly integrated with any internal control system already in use (Quality, L.D. 231, Code of Ethics etc.)

drafting of Export Compliance Opinions concerning any Export operations or particularly complex specific and general issues

organization and promotion of conferences, workshops and training/refresher courses on Export Compliance.
